In Loving Memory of Yeng Wei Feng, Simon
(2 Nov 1974 – 12 June 2024)
It’s been a year, Feng.
Still missed. Still remembered.
Life has moved on, as it must — but it’s not quite the same without you.
Limteh sessions aren’t as adventurous anymore. We don’t go hunting for new cafés, coffee and cakes like we used to.
I think you would’ve liked Kreme. Except maybe for the AC — it’s too cold, just like you always dreaded.
Your kindness never had an expiry date and your loyalty came without conditions.
Always practical, always logical — but never cold. You were steady, sincere and always there when it mattered.
I feel your absence every day.
But your presence still lingers — in laughter, in stories and in the quiet moments over tea or coffee.
You’re not here, but somehow, you still are.
May we all carry forward the love and gentleness you gave so freely.
You are missed, but never forgotten.
Rest well, my dear friend.
