One Year Gone...

How time flies... it will be a year since you left us tomorrow... it still feels like it happened not long ago... life will never be the same... so many things that I wish I can share with you... so many things I want to tell you... life goes on is true but sometimes, I feel its so unfair that you don't get to enjoy the things I experience... promised myself that I will live your share too so I best start doing so soon... 


You are my only sibling, nothing will ever change the fact that you are my baby brother and my wingman... now, I am flying on my own with no backup... thankful that I've got some wonderful friends who are there for me when I need them... they will never replace you but they are there to give me support when i miss you the most... thank you for sharing your friends with me too... 


You should be proud that you inspire a lot of the people whose lives you have touched... 2 of them are graduating tomorrow from cadet training... Yan in the army and Jihan in the navy... Deejah is in army training too... Dayat will be a 'Sir'... you should be so proud of him...


A year on and I still hear a lot of things about you that I did not know... you are so unassuming and humble that it touches me greatly when I hear all the good things that were said about you... just hope you are proud of me as your sister like I am that you are my brother... 


We miss you dearly here... wherever you are, know that you are always in our hearts... know that you are forever my beloved brother... mum and dad's son... be good wherever you are...

Chinese New Year 2011

There's really nothing much to write home about this year coz we are not celebrating anymore than we did in previous years... maybe next year... don't know yet... depends on how we feel when the time comes I suppose...


Tomorrow is the 4th day of the Lunar New Year... it was the 4th day of CNY last year that you left us so suddenly... my biggest regret was not getting to speak to you more often... I really miss you very much... I don't know how we will fare tomorrow and also when 17 February comes by...
